Registering Your Team for GAMA Expo 2020

As GAMA Expo 2020 is quickly approaching, we wanted to help make badge registration for your team as smooth as possible!


If you have any questions about the registration process, please don’t hesitate to call the office at 614-255-4500 any time between 9a-5p Eastern.


Please follow these instructions to register your team for the show:

  1. Log into your company admin account at this link. If you do not have those credentials, please send an email to to request them.
  2. Set up your individual owner/primary account. See "How to Create an Individual Account" at this link.
  3. Invite your teammates in attendance create their own individual account.
    • Important: everyone attending the show must have an account in our system in order to print a badge.
  4. Follow this link to begin registering for GAMA Expo. Select “second complimentary badge” for the second member of your team. You will need to pay $100 per additional badge after that (unless you have a higher badge allotment from exhibiting at the show).
    • Important: to register for GAMA Expo, you must sign in to your individual account, not through your company admin account.


We ask that you pre-register for the show by March 1 to make your experience on-site as smooth as possible.

Pre-registration retailer deadlines:



  1. I receive this error message when I try to register: "Registration for this event is not permitted by your member type"
    • This is likely because you are signed in with your company admin account. Make sure to log in to your individual account before attempting to register!
  2. Can I register multiple people at once?
    • Yes, you absolutely can, but all attendees must have an individual account tied to a company admin account.
  3. I can't add any more employees to my company admin account - what do I do?
    • It's easy - just email and request additional employee slots!

This is the most convoluted, and unintuitive signup system I have seen to date for any convention or event. This very information page was also not easy to find, and all attempts to contact staff for help received no replies.
