Bring the best of GAMA EXPO back to your store by participating in the Retailer Appreciation Box! This shipment of products, already worth more than $1,600 MSRP, is complimentary for retailers who engage with exhibitors throughout the show.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE?

Voting Member Retailers are eligible for the box so long as they pre-register for GAMA EXPO* and attend six (6) Premiere Presentations. For stores with multiple locations, each store must be a registered member and have pre-registered for the show.

Attending Premier Presentations

An important requirement to qualify for the Retailer Appreciation Box entails attending six (6) Premier Presentations during the show. These presentations are given by companies contributing product to the box. They’re a great way to learn how best to use the $1,600+ MSRP value of products you receive. There will be a check-in/attendance system that will be shared here once the process is finalized.

*Voting Member Retailers who do not pre-register for Expo, or complete the required number of presentations at Expo, are not eligible. 

WHAT IS INCLUDED?

Games/products selected by the GAMA EXPO Premier Presenters. The content of the box is listed below, and will be updated as finalized contributions are submitted.

WHEN WILL IT ARRIVE?

Boxes will be shipped out to qualifying stores within four to six weeks after the close of the show, allowing stores to make use of the lessons learned from interactions with publishers. Please allow for additional shipping time if your store is located outside of the United States. For stores located outside the United States you must provide freight forwarder information so we can process the shipping. Without this information we may be unable to send you the box. 

RETAILER BOX REQUIREMENTS

To receive one of the 375 Retailer Appreciation Boxes

1. Be a GAMA Voting Member Retailer for 2025
-Voting Members who switch categories during the show will not be eligible for the retail box
-Guests of GAMA members do not qualify (you must be a voting member)
-Voting Member Retailers outside of the United States will have the box shipped to a freight forwarder that you provide

2. Register for a GAMA Voting Member Retailer Badge by February 17th (Remember: Voting members receive two free badges!)

3. Attend GAMA Expo 2025 in Louisville, KY

4. Attend 6 Premiere Presentation Sessions during GAMA Expo
- Sessions are held on Tuesday (Feb. 25) & Wednesday (Feb. 26)
- If you have more than one person attending on behalf of your company, you may divide who attends which presentation. Together your membership must attend six (6) Premier Presentation sessions. 
-Any individual can only attend one (1) eligible session per time slot
- Only one retailer appreciation box per GAMA Voting Member Retailer membership

5. Record your Premier Presentation attendance in the GAMA Expo App (launching soon!)
-Analog versions will be available at seminar registration

6. Deadline to have your sessions submitted is February 26 at 6pm
-Analog sheets must be submitted at the registration desk located outside the exhibit hall on the upper concourse of the Kentucky International Convention Center

7. If we receive more than 375 completed entries, registration dates will be used to determine who receives the box.
