GAMA has six voting member types. Voting members have access to:
GAMA voting membership is $300.00 USD and your new membership will be active through December 31, 2026. Choose from one of the following member types: Voting Member CreatorThis group shall consist of businesses significantly engaged in creating the intellectual property underlying tabletop games, including game designers, developers, producers, artists, and graphic designers. If Voting Member Creator is the right fit for you,
Voting Member Media & Events This group shall consist of businesses significantly engaged in promoting tabletop games and tabletop game-playing to the general public. If Voting Member Media & Events is the right fit for your organization, Voting Member Production This group shall consist of businesses significantly engaged in the physical manufacture of tabletop games and/or tabletop game accessories. If Voting Member Production (manufacturing or other service provider) is the right fit for your business, Voting Member Publisher This group shall consist of businesses significantly engaged in bringing to the marketplace tabletop games and/or gaming accessories that will ultimately be offered for sale to consumers, whether sold by the publisher or by others. If Voting Member Publisher seems like the right fit for your organization, Voting Member Retailer This group shall consist of businesses significantly engaged in selling tabletop games published by other companies to the general public. For retail businesses with multiple locations, each store must be a registered member to qualify for member benefits. If Voting Member Retailer seems the right fit for your store, Voting Member Wholesaler This group shall consist of businesses significantly engaged in the purchase and resale of tabletop games between other businesses. If Voting Member Wholesaler (distribution) sounds like the right fit for your organization,
GAMA also offers a non-voting membership for $100.00 USD. A new Communicating membership will be active through December 31, 2026. Non-Voting CommunicatingDesigned for those individuals or organizations interested in access to our member lists and our online resources. Non-Voting Communicating members have access to GAMA's Resource Hub in addition to in-person education at Origins Trade Day. Non-Voting Communicating members also receive our weekly Member Update newsletter and can join our private GAMA Member Facebook and Discord groups. Non-Voting Communicating members do not have voting privileges, cannot exhibit at GAMA Expo, and do not receive the Origins booth discount rate. GAMA Membership FAQGENERALGAMA offers memberships for professionals across the entire tabletop games industry. Explore each of the membership categories above to learn more or email. Memberships are active from January 1 to December 31. Renewal information is sent out in Q4 of each year. No. You will need to resubmit your credit card information each time you renew. I am not a member, but my company is a member. Can I access the members-only section of the website?Yes. You will first need to be added as an employee of the member company to access the members-only section of the website. This can be done by the owner/primary contact of the company. You will be able to pre-register for the show online (and, voting members receive 2 complimentary tickets with their GAMA membership!). On-site registration is open during the show Sunday-Thursday.
