Creating Individual Membership Account

Having trouble creating your individual account in the new membership portal? Follow these easy steps!

Step One:

Sign in with the company account username and password. If you do not have the username and password, please click here. 

Step Two:

In the drop-down menu at the top-right of your profile dashboard, choose Account + Settings.

Step Three:

Click on Information & Settings on the left, then the Individuals tab at the top. To begin creating your individual account, please Create Individuals. There will be a pop-up window notifying you that you will be signed out of your company account. Choose yes.

Step Four:

Select your role within the company (Owner/Primary or Employee), then click Continue.

Step Five:

Create your username, enter your first and last name, then click Continue. After this, you'll complete the rest of your profile information and be good to go!
