ORIGINS 2024 TRADE DAY

Trade Days are your opportunity to share information with your retailer peers via educational seminars and get the latest information from the top publishers in the industry to better your store. It’s the best of GAMA Expo on display at Origins, and we welcome all GAMA members to participate in Trade Day!

Origins Trade Day will include more than a dozen retailer to retailer peer education workshops, a series of industry seminars for publishers and game designers, Game Night to demo new games, and networking time with industry partners.  

SCHEDULE 

• Wednesday, June 19 - Peer-to-Peer Sessions and Media First Look/Game Demo Night 
• Thursday, June 20 - Exhibit Hall opens one hour early for GAMA Members, Retailers and Media.  

Seminar Schedule - Wednesday June 19, 2024

Media First Look/Game Night - 6pm to 8pm
Tournament of Pieces (Back of Hall B)

We are mixing up the program this year with a combined Media First Look event and Game Night in the back of Hall B. The program will feature 40+ tables of publishers showing off their latest products along with some refreshments for attendees. As this event is being held in the exhibit hall, you must enter through the doors in the back of Hall C near the Open Gaming/Library.

To enter you must have a badge along with a GAMA member ribbon, which are available at the Member Registration Booth on the Second Floor of A-Pod, or a media badge. There will be no exceptions as the hall is still being set up for the show and we need to regulate access to this part of the convention center.

THURSDAY (June 20)
Early Exhibit Hall Admission – 9am to 10am
Staging Area Near Hall A Entrance

GAMA Members and attending media are allowed into the exhibit hall an hour early on Thursday. Please line up near the front entrance to Hall A starting at 8:30am. You must have your show badge and member ribbon or media badge to enter during this time. GAMA staff and security personnel will be on hand to check badge and answer questions.

Trade Day Registration

GAMA members can attend Origins Trade Day for FREE. Each Voting Member receives two complimentary badges as a benefit of membership. Please note, these badges are in addition to badges exhibitors receive for being in the exhibit hall. Trade Day attendees are welcome to stay for the rest of Origins as part of their badge at no additional cost! You must register in advance to participate in this program. Non-Voting Communicating Members are permitted to attend Origins Trade Day but must register for a show badge beforehand.
