The Game Manufacturers Association (GAMA) condemns the violence against the Asian community that happened during the Lunar New Year, but also daily across the United States. Because this violence targets a minority of American society, it is easy to think the problem is negligible or unimportant. Ignoring the impact these actions have on minorities, may they be visible or not, is not acceptable.

She was mixed race when it was unacceptable to be mixed race. She even underwent surgery later in her life to remove physical features, betraying her origins. I grew up with an Asian-Corsican family, heritage, and culture. I am proud of my heritage and am proud to state that GAMA condemns the violence and ongoing discrimination against Asian Americans.
