Meal menu at GAMA Expo 2020

To assist GAMA Expo 2020 attendees with planning their schedule and accommodating any special meal needs, we are sharing the menu in advance for each GAMA-provided meal.

Monday, 12-2pm: Kick-Off Luncheon
Open to all attendees

First Course:

• Arugula with Heirloom Tomato Confit, Roasted Red Pepper, Nicoise Olives, Shaved Parmesan with Roasted Shallot & Garlic Dressing (GF, V)
• Freshly Baked Rolls and Creamery Butter

Entrees:

• Chicken Piccata, Sautéed Herb & Egg Dipped Chicken Breast, Mushroom, Capers, Lemon Butter Sauce, Roasted Garlic and Sun-dried Tomato Marble Potatoes, Seasonal Vegetables
