To assist GAMA Expo 2020 attendees with planning their schedule and accommodating any special meal needs, we are sharing the menu in advance for each GAMA-provided meal.
Monday, 12-2pm: Kick-Off Luncheon
Open to all attendees
First Course:
- Arugula with Heirloom Tomato Confit, Roasted Red Pepper, Nicoise Olives, Shaved Parmesan with Roasted Shallot & Garlic Dressing (GF, V)
- Freshly Baked Rolls and Creamery Butter
Entrees:
- Chicken Piccata, Sautéed Herb & Egg Dipped Chicken Breast, Mushroom, Capers, Lemon Butter Sauce, Roasted Garlic and Sun-dried Tomato Marble Potatoes, Seasonal Vegetables
