GAMA & Origins Refund Policy
We here at GAMA seek to make your GAMA and GTS experience the best and most enjoyable . If you have any concerns or questions please contact us at the number or e-mail below.
- Cancellations for GAMA services, including membership, must be received in writing within 30 days of purchase. Upon written request of cancellation, GAMA will refund the service purchase amount minus 20 percent of the original fee. For cancellations in writing greater than 30 days, but no more than 60 days, from the date of purchase, GAMA will refund 50 percent of the original fee.
- Product purchased from GAMA, including materials, books, apparel, and other logo or proprietary product is not refundable. Defective product will be exchanged at no cost, after GAMA received the defective item.
- Individual trademarks and conventions of GAMA may have other cancellation and refund policies. Where stated they supercede this policy.
- All purchases must be made by the credit card holder.
- This policy may change without notification to the user.
GAMA Trade Show (GTS)
The GAMA Trade Show will provide prompt refunds for purchased items. Badge refunds will be provided with a $20.00 service fee, which may be delayed until after the show, due to our increased workload as the show draws near. All refunds requests for GTS must be submitted in writing prior to the show. Onsite, refunds will only be given to the purchaser of an item.
Returned Check Policy
All returned checks are subject to a $15.00 processing charge. After the fee has been paid in full, the GAMA staff will process your registration. If the check is returned after the event, no registration for future events will be accepted until the past due amount has been collected.
